Here are the links I'm loving this week. Enjoy!
- NY Times editorial on the busyness trap.
- Sweet braided choker on Etsy.
-
Hoodie Pillow. Say no more.
- Article on the influence Christian bookstores are having on Christian media.
- This Dutch girl can draw.
- Going to try so hard to actually do these things.
-
Printable paper. I always wondered what one was to do when the Yahtzee box runs out of score sheets.
-
This ink calendar is just cool.
- Annbert - my original celebrity couple obsession.
- And, in other news, I want this hair.
- And this is my favorite dress right now...
Thrifted. But you wouldn't expect any less, now would you?
Happy Friday everyone!
peace&love,
Jill
That article on Christian bookstores/media standards was so interesting...I think what bothers me most is the fact that it's such a hypocritical thing, you know? I mean, they carry Christian romance novels that have superficial, heady, sexually-driven relationships thinly veneered with biblical sentiment...or even explicit sexual descriptions written into Bible stories as a justification...and yet they ban books that mention women's bodies or people's life experiences in a redemptive context. Strange and unhelpful standards, I think.
ReplyDeleteAlso loving your fav dress though...that blue and violet mix is really stunning.
