I'm not regularly a re-reader. I figure I only live once, so why not read all the books I can with the time I have? But my philosophy is slowly but surely starting to change due to a little book called the The Phantom Tollbooth. Do yourself a favor and reread your favorite childhood book.
You won't regret it and it'll make you feel like a kid again - full of wonder.
A Wrinkle in Time is in progress as we speak... What's your pick?
This colorblocking is courtesy of spending all day in the AC and Everybody, Everywear.
If you haven't checked it out, it's cool and you should.
Clothes, shoes and purse: all thrifted, earrings by me, similar are available here.
Go read a book.
peace&love,
Jill

ReplyDeleteI love these bright colors together - very fun. :)
ReplyDeleteFunny that you're talking about just discovering rereading ... I have been a rereader since I was a kid! Hmm, I've always heard about The Phantom Tollbooth, haven't read it - will have to read it once I'm done with my YA lit class. :)
Love the look! The primary colours are so fun together :)
ReplyDeleteA Wrinkle in Time? I have yet to be able to understand it (I think its because of my self diagnosed ADD)... Anyway, I like your outfit!
ReplyDeleteLove the colors you chose to color block!! I especially adore that fabulous purse!!

Love this look with that pop of yellow! Really digging that bag!
ReplyDeleteLove this color combination! The Giver is my favorite book from childhood. I'm a highschool English teacher, so my reading time is pretty monopolized, but I would read The Giver again.
ReplyDeleteI just came over from Everybody Everywear, and I love your outfit and your blog! Consider me a new follower. Feel free to stop by mine if you want.
